9 mm PowerBall® XD CuCrZr Tips

PowerBall® XD Contact Tips feature our high performance patented PowerBall® contact tip design, manufactured with a heavy-duty copper chrome zirconium (Cu-Cr-Zr) alloy to increase service life and heat resistance. In testing, a major tier 1 automotive manufacturer recently achieved 3X longer contact tip life over standard copper tips when using PowerBall® XD tips. Available in standard 9mm O.D. for wire sizes up to .062 (1.6mm).
