LA601 - For 440-600 Volt Single
Phase 2 Wire Service
Rated voltage 240-480-600 Volt, two wire service. Used when one hot wire of a three-phase system is to be protected; one wire for a control circuit, or three arrestors for protecting three phases.
INSTALLATION:
Fasten arrestor in place. Use a Delta mounting bracket, part # MB, a pipe strap, or a knockout hole. Connect the black wire to the hot line at any convenient point load-side of an existing fuse or circuit breaker. Connect the white wire to an existing ground system and the grounded metal framework of the equipment to be protected or make a ground source per NEC Article 250.
