72113 LALIZAS Sprayhood for SOLAS Inflatable Lifejackets

LALIZAS Sprayhood is an additional accessory suitable for SOLAS inflatable lifejackets. In harsh conditions, waves and spray will break over the head of a person in the water, so this makes breathing difficult, and also impossible when suffering from cold shock or hypothermia.

The solution is a sprayhood, as it increases survival times by keeping spray away from the user’s nose and mouth. Sprayhood is not deployed automatically, so it is important to practice using it in advance. It is designed to fit over the head and cover the inflated chamber; it makes the lifejacket extra visible due to its yellow colour and SOLAS approved retroreflective tapes. It is equipped with small holes to facilitate breathing, and it is very easy to use.
